Here’s a tasty, healthy breakfast (or breakfast-for-dinner!) that’s easy to make.
1. Mix 6 eggs, 1tbsp nutmeg, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 cup peanut butter.
2. Dip slices of whole wheat bread into mixture and cook in greased skillet until done.
3. Serve with butter, maple syrup, and banana slices.
