The Deck’s Transformation

Our house came with a deck. Not a very good one, mind you, but it is an actual deck. We inherited a Weber grill and a huge charcoal grill. My dad gave us his old outdoor kitchen, and we found a gas grill beside the road. We have dreamed of having a cute little outdoor kitchen, but this is what we started out with:

We began by sweeping off the deck. Next, we found some leftover green paint, that we had used to paint the door years ago. We painted the entire deck green. Then, we moved the Weber to the motor home and cleaned the outdoor kitchen with SOS. The only money we spent was $5 for a table cloth from Family Dollar. This is our end result:

Definitely an afternoon well spent.
