Sunday Supper: Super Sandwiches!

Here is an easy, high-protein supper!

First, fry or toast the bread. Next, fry up some ham or Canadian bacon. Top with a slice of cheese and a fried egg (soft yolk). I like to made Hollandaise sauce (melt a stick of butter, then mix with an egg yolk, garlic salt, pepper, and a dash of lemon juice) to go on top of the egg. You can also substitute bacon for the ham. Enjoy!
