One box cooked whole wheat penne
2 tablespoons butter
1 sliced zucchini
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1. Heat butter in saucepan. Add zucchini and cook for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, garlic salt, basil, and oregano.
Cook for 5 more minutes.
2. Add cooked pasta to sauce. Toss together.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
