Sunday Supper: Broccoli Raisin Salad

Here is a great recipe to try if you have extra mayo after making cashew salad. This is a modified version of a recipe from Nubites.

1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sweetener (I use Stevia in the raw)
2 tbsp vinegar

1. Chop the broccoli.

2. Combine broccoli, raisins, chopped onion, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.

3. Combine mayo, sweetener, and vinegar in a small bowl.

4. Stir dressing mixture into salad.

5. For some variety, add chopped ham!
