Sunday Supper: Veggie Wraps

These are a wonderfully simple meal, great for hot days and road trips, when you don’t want to cook. Making them is very simple:

1. Spread cream cheese thickly on a whole-wheat tortilla. You can use softened cream cheese, or leave regular cream cheese at room temperature until it softens.

2. Crumple romaine lettuce, or other raw veggies, all over the tortilla, in a thin layer.

3. Roll it up!
