This is a very easy meal, and it’s great to make when you have little bits of leftovers lying around.
First, cook a box of pasta. (Please use whole wheat!).
Next, melt a block of cream cheese into the pasta. Use 2 blocks if this doesn’t yield enough sauce.
Now the fun part. Clean out your fridge! (Or ice box, whatever the case may be…) Add leftover meat and veggies. The great part is that this dinner is never the same twice. It’s especially good with chicken, peppers, and onions.
Cook until it’s warm, then season with garlic, salt, and pepper. The end result: creamy pasta goodness and a clean fridge!
